PollKit is on online tool for creating simple polls. These polls can be added to emails so you can gather responses from email recipients.

2. Your PollKit Account

To use PollKit, you'll need to create an account. Here's what you need to know:

• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PollKit.

3. How to Use PollKit (and How Not to)

We want you to get the most out of PollKit, but there are a few ground rules:

• Don't use PollKit for anything illegal or harmful.
• Respect other people's rights, including their intellectual property rights.
• Don't try to break, hack, or disrupt our service.

4. Content and Data

• Any content you create within PollKit is owned by you.

5. Our Service

We work hard to keep PollKit running smoothly, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

6. Billing and Cancellation

There are currently no subscriptions available in PollKit. You can purchase polls in packages.

You can request a refund for any unused polls. You will receive a prorated amount based on the cost of a single poll in your purchase package, minus the cost of any polls you have used.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best, but we can't be responsible for everything. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We might need to update these terms sometimes. If we do, we'll let you know.

9. Termination

We hope you'll stick around, but if you need to go:

• You can stop using PollKit at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
